The service is designed to accompany every moment of the dinner, from the first glass to the last dish, with a precise, welcoming, and unpretentious approach.

The Coravin accompanies our service daily, both in the pairings of the 8 labels served and for customers who choose 2 or 3 glasses during dinner. It also allows starting the experience with Champagne and exploring great Domaines in a premium pairing, such as Dagueneau, Raveneau, Roulot, and Georges Laval.
