'All About Wine' as written on the wall, describes the setting perfectly. Lounging, sitting at the bar or dining at a table, whatever way you want to enjoy your time at NOTK (pronounced: "Enoteca"), it wil always be, 'All About Wine! Owners Lukas Wiegman (Best Sommelier Netherlands 2024) and Thomas Traa are both Sommeliers.

Owned by two sommeliers who both have extensive experience with the Coravin systems. We offer a standard selection of at least 30 wines by the glass, ranging from 7 up to a 100 euros a glass. We tend to be very flexible when it comes to pouring wine by the glass. The list offers another 250 wines by the bottle and is a deep dive in to classic European regions like Burgundy, Champagne, Mosel etc.

Domaine Grivot-Goisot ‘Vollon’ Chardonnay, Bourgogne, 2023

Our “entry-level” Burgundy by the glass though it drinks far above its class. This is a bold, expressive Chardonnay with all the hallmarks of Burgundy: ripe golden fruit, a whisper of zesty minerality, and beautifully integrated French oak.

Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année, 2015

We are thrilled to be the only restaurant in the Netherlands currently pouring Bollinger Vintage by the glass and what a vintage to showcase! La Grande Année is everything we love about Bollinger; rich, powerful, and unmistakably true to its house style. A champagne with layers of brioche, toast and big pinot fruit. This is a glass that makes you smile from the first sparkle.

Château d’Yquem, Sauternes, 2010

The crown jewel of Sauternes and perhaps of all sweet wines. Everyone should taste Yquem at least once in their life. Most wine drinkers will remember their first sip of Yquem as a very special moment. Silken, golden, and endlessly complex, it balances luscious sweetness with freshness and precision like no other. We are proud to pour it from the superb 2010 vintage, now showing some early signs of maturity. A glass of Yquem is pure magic.

Both experienced sommeliers from several Michelin Starred restaurants around Rotterdam and the rest of the world. In 2024 Lukas was crowned best sommelier in The Netherlands, winning the Trophée Henriot.
