We honour traditional influences while highlighting the evolving landscape of Australian cuisine.

Marlowe's wine list features premier selections from Australia, complemented by French Champagne only. Our list offers 40 wines available by the glass, encompassing a diverse range of styles, regions, and vintages. Highlights include the rare Poole’s Rock 2012 Semillon and the Yalumba The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz blend from 2015.

GLASS HIGHLIGHTS

Subject to availability*

2012 Poole's Rock Semillon

2012 was such a cool vintage it has delayed the aging of this 14 year old Semillon. Drinking like it is only 6 years old, still vibrant and fresh on the palate with lime and lemongrass, with subtle toasty elements only just starting to show

2022 Picardy Pinot Noir

Coming from cool climate Pemberton in WA, juicy dark cherry and ripe strawberry fruits are balanced with Christmas spices of nutmeg and cinnamon and hints of tomato leaf. Nice tannin with a long length on the palate.

MV Moorak Blanc de Blancs

This wine presents vibrant notes of stone fruit and nashi pear, complemented by subtle lees and oak elements. A portion of the bottles are disgorged early, while others remain on lees for extended periods, leading to an ongoing evolution in character. As a result, each bottle enjoyed now or in the future will offer a unique tasting experience.
