Since 2015, in Old Bordeaux, Lume offers an intimate gastronomic experience. Alice and the Venetian chef Riccardo Suppa present contemporary and personal Italian cuisine, focused on seafood, where fermentations and charcoal cooking bring out the product with precision and respect. A unique menu, blending taste, memory, and expertise, in a setting with 12 seats.

Our menu, mainly Italian, features more than 100 selections and evolves with our encounters. We prioritize small producers and natural wines chosen for their authenticity, alongside renowned names and niche vintages. Over 20 selections by the glass are refreshed with the Coravin system since 2015; the restaurant also offers the option to choose a food and wine pairing.

Alice and Riccardo build the wine selection together, working closely with the kitchen.
