Fix Wine Bar + Restaurant is a small 60 seat bar & restaurant with a great little front bar for you to eat, drink and chat to the team. We have a strong focus on quality seasonal produce in the kitchen. The wine list is thoughtfully built and focuses on small handcrafted wines from around the globe.

FIX opened in 2006. over the time we've developed a loyal following of people who want to drink wine that often is unusual, hard to find and anything but ordinary. our list traverses the globe with about 200 bottles and generally at least 50% of those listings are offered by the glass using the Coravin system.

Stuart Knox

During his 25+ years in the wine trade, Stuart has been named the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Sommelier of the Year 2012, and accepted to become a Len Evans Scholar. In 2020 Stuart was presented the Legend Award by Time Out Magazine. 2021 saw Stuart & FIX win Wine List of the Year for under 200 wines. Stuart is a tasting and writing contributor for The Real Review and Wine show Judge
