Opened in 2013, Ecully already draws attention by the building it occupies. A construction over a hundred years old in Perdizes that preserves many details of the original structure. From the kitchen come elaborate dishes made with great care, from the choice of ingredients to the presentation. Despite its French roots, Brazilian, Italian, and other global culinary influences are prominent.

For a better wine experience, a cellar from the same owners, the importer Vinessence, operates in the same location, offering about 100 exclusive labels from 6 countries, with around 13 options served by the glass. Vinessence was born from the desire to return to what really matters; wines that speak for themselves, carrying the soul of their makers and the story of the place they came from.

Felipe Marin Costal Pinot Noir

Refined structure, with vibrant acidity and silky tannins. It enhances the flavors of red fruits, especially cranberry and pomegranate, accompanied by nuances of black tea, graphite, and a smoky minerality that reflects its coastal origin. The wood appears subtly, in delicate notes of spices and toast, imparting elegance and persistence to the finish.

Felipe Marin Costal Sauvignon Blanc

Citrus flavors predominate, lime, grapefruit pulp, and green apple, combined with herbaceous notes of tarragon and lemon verbena. The long, salty finish reflects the influence of the coastal climate of the San Antonio Valley.

Mannara Pinot Grigio

Mannara Pinot Grigio, produced with selected grapes from vineyards in the Sicily region. Made exclusively with Pinot Grigio, it has a light yellow color with greenish reflections, a refined palate with citrus notes, and a slightly persistent finish. Flavorful and balanced, its aroma delights with notes of peach and citrus fruits.
