Located in the heart of London’s East End, Da Terra is set within the Grade II-listed Town Hall Hotel. Chef Patron Rafael Cagali offers elegant dishes that masterfully blend the richness of the finest ingredients with his international experience and his Brazilian and Italian roots, all impeccably paired with wines or non-alcoholic drinks curated by Wine Director Maria Boumpa.

We offer 36 wines by the glass (sparkling, red, white, sweet, rosé and skin contact), and this variety is possible through the Coravin system. When it comes to the menu, we offer two pairings, both carefully selected and frequently updated: regular and premium, showcasing exceptional bottles, with Coravin ensuring every premium pour is served in perfect condition.

Maria Boumpa been working in the hospitality industry for the past 12 years in different establishments, from a small town café to 5* hotels like The Beaumont in London. She has achieved the WSET Level 3 with Distinction. Most recently, she has passed the Advanced examination in the Court of Master Sommeliers as class best, and won the IWSC UK Sommelier of the Year competition 2025.
