After graduating in Hotel Management in Bari, I began my career in catering in hotels and restaurants at a young age with a passion for the sector and the world of wine in particular. The same passion leads me to face new experiences in Australia as Restaurant Manager and Sommelier for 4 years. In 2018 I return to Italy where I currently manage a list with 1000 references and 40 wines by the glass.
