Barons, in Sydney's CBD, is a British dining room offering old-world hospitality. The kitchen focuses on time-honoured technique with a nose-to-tail menu, featuring dishes like roasted pig's head and suet puddings. The wine list curates noble varieties from Australia and France, with a focus on mature vintages and premium Claret by the glass.

Barons features 49 wines by the glass, supported by an extensive Coravin program, which allows us to showcase mature vintages rarely seen in new venues. You'll find remarkable selections, such as the 2009 Tyrrell's Belford Semillon and Château Clarke Listrac-Médoc. We also offer an exclusive, direct-from-the-winery bottling of the 2016 Wirra Wirra Church Block.
