2005 Sons of Eden Freya Reisling

A wine that came about by accident. Forgotten about in a storage shed, aged perfectly. Whilst still providing fresh citrus and minerality, it has evolved complexity with layers of lemon butter pastry.

2025 Joshua Cooper Light Red

A Tavel style rose, threading the line into red wine categorization. We have this listed as a chilled red, with delicate spice, vibrant fruit and packaged together with fine tannins. Perfect wine to enjoy by itself or with food.

2024 Domaine Des Ardoisières Argile Blanc

A beautiful light, mineral driven white wine from France's Savoie region. Whilst not a loire valley white or Alsation aromatic white. This white wine uses the native grapes of Jacquere, Chardonnay, Monduese Blanche to craft an excellent light white wine.

Johnny Murphy

I am Gold Coast raise, originally from County Laois in Ireland. I have worked in some of the premier venues on the coast through the Star Casino, learning from the property sommelier and finding my love for wine and sake there. Since joining the Yamagen team I have been at the helm of the beverage program, continuing to craft interesting and exciting beverage lists.
