Na meer dan 26 jaar aan Norton Street, Leichardt, brengen Grappa-oprichter Charlie Colosi en zijn vrouw Virginie hun geest van gastvrijheid en vrijgevigheid naar The Rocks. Gevestigd in een van Sydney's meest iconische zandstenen gebouwen in The Rocks — oorspronkelijk gebouwd als bakkerij — begint deze locatie een nieuw tijdperk als Grappa The Rocks.

Met meer dan 300 wijnen en 100 soorten Grappa, inclusief een uitgebreide cocktailkaart, is er voor elke stemming en gelegenheid een drankje. Met meer dan 20 wijnen per glas beschikbaar, waaronder een selectie van mousserende wijnen en toonaangevende rode en witte wijnen uit Italië, Frankrijk en Australië.
