Carina Cooper has been a sommelier for over 25 years and was part of the first ABS sommelier training class, being the only woman among the graduates. Leading the wine curation at Bráz, she selects labels with the same care given to the house's ingredients, combining great producers, quality, and a friendly, straightforward way of presenting wine.
