A rich hearty white from the hearth of Italy. 100% dry grown old vines Trebbiano ensure great concetration. The ripe notes of stone fruit and mango are complemented with spicy, herbaceous undertones. Kaffir lime and saffron to add complexity. It comes from Italy but is the perfect companion to bold asian broth and dressings.

Chenin Blanc is a bit of a favourite of mine especially when it so expressive. The time in bottle has allowed this wine to bloom and show us it's opulence and grace. Rich honey, marjoram, bruised apples always complemented by a very fine and prices palate enriched with chalky minerality. Great to start, finish and in between!

A pure Sangiovese pedigree coming from the Radda's high top hills in the hearth of the region. This is unforgiving land, rugged and rocky, making the perfect place for Sangiovese. A savoury and herbaceous nose, Amarena cherries and black plums but lavender and bay leaf. In the palate it feels like is about to punch but instead unveils a surprising gentle touch and bright acid.
