Walter’s Steakhouse brings timeless charm to downtown Brisbane. Serving a 270 day grain fed, in house, dry aged porterhouse, prepared and cooked with specialized methods. Walter’s provides an experience like no other.

Walter's Steakhouse by-the-glass program consists of 5 sparkling/champagnes, 15 Australian wines pouring, 35 international wines under Coravin and 15 dessert/fortified wines to explore. Inclusive of our local Queensland winery options too.

2023 Mee Godard "Morgon Corcelette", Beaujolais FRA

Violets and blueberries lift from the glass, laced with delicate spice. Just on medium-bodied but firmly structured thanks to arching tannin across the palate, it builds steadily. The finish is long and keeps unfurling with each swirl.
