Ploussard offers a diverse selection of low intervention and classic wines. Usually, there are at least 10 wines available by the glass, over 15 wines by Coravin and at least 200 wines on the bottle list.
The Coravin list is a rotating, diverse list, offering wines that are rarely available by the glass. While the focus is on Jura, you can find rare, exciting wines from all over the old world.
