Muse is a unique, cosy and intimate restaurant with only five tables and two counters. At the counters, guests can watch the dynamics and artistry of cooking unfold. Dishes are often served directly by the chefs, including Tom, with each plate carrying a story that guests are delighted to hear. The wine experience is built primarily around pairings to complement the tasting menu, with a focus on discovery and women in winemaking.

Because Muse is such a small space with limited storage, we turn the challenge of capacity into an opportunity: the wine list changes frequently, and every bottle can be offered via Coravin. We currently have around 20 wines available by the glass, including dessert wines, and the Women in Winemaking selection showcases a range of refined, carefully chosen bottles
