Lyla opened in October 2023 with the aim of offering a luxurious, high-end fine dining experience never seen before in Edinburgh, focusing on sustainably caught fish and shellfish. We offer 220 wines by the bottle and an ever-changing selection of 22 wines, plus 15 sweet, fortified wines and sherries by the glass. Every wine by the glass at Lyla is preserved using the Coravin system, ensuring perfect quality.
