Thomas Troisgros' French bistro, located across from Praça Cazuza in Leblon. The cuisine is classic repertoire, velouté, bisque, slow cooking, executed with Brazilian ingredients and a light touch. Starters like pâté en croûte and fish crudo coexist with slow-cooked pork belly and seafood pasta. Open for lunch and dinner every day, in an informal dining room with a Parisian atmosphere.

With Coravin, we serve wines by the glass that would otherwise remain unopened. An evening can start with a white from the Loire, pass through Bordeaux, linger in Burgundy, and end in Portugal — without opening a whole bottle for it. There are about a dozen by the glass, chosen to pair with Thomas Troisgros's cuisine.

Renan Barros

The wine list is by Renan Barros, the sommelier manager at Le Blond since its opening in 2018. He was the one who brought the Coravin to the house, and he is the one who selects the labels, pairs the wines, and serves at the table. Thus, bottles that would otherwise remain stored — Bordeaux, Burgundy, Portugal — are served glass by glass, one by one, according to what is being eaten.
