Château Grillet 2019

Château Grillet 2019 captivates with its intense aromas of fresh apricot, peach, and lemon verbena, enhanced by hints of green tea and candied lemon zest. On the palate, it combines power and roundness, with a beautiful minerality and a long finish featuring notes of salted nuts. This dry white wine, made from Viognier, reveals its full complexity after good aeration.

Château Pétrus 2003

Pétrus 2003 offers an extraordinary nose of ripe berries, chocolate, and flowers, with breathtaking quality and rare intensity. On the palate, it is powerful, fleshy, with notes of black fruits, plum, spices, and truffle, and a velvety texture. The finish, of exceptional length, reveals aromas of candied cherry, cocoa, and licorice, typical of this sunny vintage.

Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru Clos des Chevaliers 2020 Domaine Charton

The nose opens with aromas of toasted bread, chamomile, and honeysuckle, with a mineral touch and remarkable elegance. On the palate, it reveals notes of lemon oil, crisp green apple, white flowers, roasted almond, and almond paste, carried by a beautiful acidic tension. The finish, long and harmonious, combines freshness, complexity, and a subtle minerality.
