Echezo is a wine bar, boutique, and wine distributor in Marina Village Ibiza, created for those looking for exceptional wines, great champagnes, and hard-to-find labels. An intimate and elegant place to discover unique bottles, both by the glass and in the shop, with a pricing policy designed to make the experience of tasting great wines accessible.

Echezo is ideal for the Coravin Guide because it allows you to discover great wines without opening the entire bottle. We offer 61 wines by the glass, including champagnes, Burgundy, and unicorn references, rare or limited allocation. Our goal is to make tasting exceptional bottles accessible in an intimate, elegant, and expert setting.

Echezeaux Duroché 2021

Domaine Duroché is a founding partner of Echezo. Their work with the vineyard and plant material is incredible; a great winemaker from Burgundy. A great cru very rare to find by the glass.

Our team brings together exceptional experience: Philippe Kalmbach, founder and former CEO of Wine Source Group; Xavier Rousset, chosen as Master Sommelier at just 23 years old and co-founder of several restaurants in London; and Jules Pichon, gold medalist in the regional final of "Un des Meilleurs Apprentis de France" in sommellerie, with experience at Royal Mansour and Marsan by Helene Darroze.
