Dinings SW3 is a modern restaurant in the heart of Chelsea, which blends authentic Japanese techniques with European twists, made with local seasonal ingredients. Enjoy à la carte offerings, featuring signature sushi and sashimi, and be sure not to miss the daily specials menu, a tribute to the freshest ingredients sourced from ethical suppliers.

Now offering around 35 BTG wine options, Dinings SW3 has built its list into an impressive collection of classic wines, focused around the Old World, in particular Burgundy. The wine team are always looking to find wines at the perfect drinking age to put on the BTG list, as well as peppering some interesting varietals and producers amongst the tried-and-tested classics.

Made by a great friend and supplier to the restaurant, this wine is a labour of love, taking Zweigelt from Austria and using a semi-carbonic fermentation to produce a Beaujolais-esque red wine with lashings of juicy fruits - a perfect accompaniment to sushi on a summer's day

2012 Quarts de Chaume Grand Cru, Domaine des Baumard, Loire, France

A favourite sweet wine of the sommelier team at Dinings SW3, this botrytised Chenin Blanc is an absolute classic - bruised apple, lemon and florals, all wrapped up with honey and spice. A great accompaniment to the light desserts, or by itself to finish off your meal in style.

Joseph Rosenfeld

Joseph’s love of wine started during his time at University of Oxford, where he was involved in the wine society alongside rowing. After graduating he completed his WSET Level 3 and CMS Certified Sommelier exams and decide to pursue a career in the industry, coming to Dinings SW3 from The Ledbury. An ardent fan of English sparkling wines, he loves to see numerous options available by the glass.
