25 wines by the glass to accompany the night: Champagne from Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, and Dom Pérignon, rosés from Provence, and a journey through Spain and Argentina. The Sommelier Selection adds Finca Dofí, Barbaresco, or Nicasia from Catena Zapata, with Pintia and Château Duhart-Milon 2009 served from magnums, and Château d'Yquem for the finale.
