It delivers exceptional quality, early approachability, and a level of pedigree that’s truly impressive, all while remaining surprisingly affordable.

Chablis is always a favourite by the glass with guests, but Raveneau is a producer so rare and sought-after that it’s almost never available by the glass—and even less so at a reasonable price. I’m very proud to consistently offer Raveneau by the glass.

To me, Ambonnay is the King of Champagne villages. Egly-Ouriet, the King of Ambonnay, offers the “VP,” which represents the best value wine Francis Egly produces—not necessarily the cheapest or most expensive, but the greatest quality for the price. These are older magnums, aged longer at the winery and specially sent to Sketch by Francis Egly himself, allowing us to offer something truly special by the glass.
