Tom Sellers tells his story and the story of British food through an ever-evolving tasting menu of seasonal dishes. The restaurant gained its first Michelin star after five months of opening in 2013 and its second Michelin star in 2021.

The by the glass list has usually around 20 wines listed, but there are always some wines available by the glass which are not featured on the menu and can be ordered. The wine list in general is a great mix of classics, but also wines from less explored regions and up and coming countries.

Carolina Seibel

Carolina started her career at Terrenos Winebar in Stockholm before working at Fredrik Eriksson’s Långbro Värdshus. A short stint in Sydney, Australia, saw her working at Berowra Waters Inn and at Stuart Knoxs’s Fix St James. In London, she has had stints at Portland restaurant, Comptoir Cafe and Wine, Scully St James and Petrus by Gordon Ramsay.
