Kisumé’s Wine Wall showcases 1,000+ collectable wines and rare sakes, with around 50 wines available by the glass. Highlights include Australia’s most extensive Chablis selection and a curation of iconic Champagne, Burgundy, Barolo, and Australian producers, perfectly paired with the menu.

Loïc Avril, Head of Wine at Lucas Collective, brings nearly two decades of global experience including at The Fat Duck and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Named 18th Best Sommelier in the World (ASI 2019), he combines French heritage, education and passion to shape exceptional wine programs across Lucas Collective’s acclaimed venues.

Group Sommelier Yuki is one of the few Australian Master Sommeliers. With experience at Rockpool Bar & Grill and Society, he leads a team of 30 sommeliers, known for his precision, mentorship and dedication to world-class hospitality.
