Unmistakably Australian and quintessentially Sydney. Our kitchen, led by Executive Chef Tom Gorringe and working closely with Matt Moran, draws from and pays homage to the best of Australian produce, utilising ingredients at their finest.

At Aria we currently serve over 90 wines by the glass, as well as having three different wine pairings available for our tasting menu.
Every single wine, is served using Coravin in order to preserve the freshness and always offer the best glass of wine to our guests.
