Located at the top of Merum Winery, amidst the mountains of Serra dos Encontros, our wine bar offers the perfect view of the region. A space for wine and gastronomy, where Brazilian labels – from the Espírito Santo do Pinhal region and other excellent Brazilian terroirs – are the stars of the menu. It combines geography and poetry, own wines and curation, local ingredients and gastronomy.

A região toda em um só lugar. Além dos 8 rótulos da Vinícola Merum, o proprietário Sérgio Batista fez uma curadoria cuidadosa de produtores dessa nova região vitivinícola brasileira e viajou o país em busca do que ele oferece de melhor. São mais de 60 rótulos, com pelo menos 10 disponíveis em taça a cada semana. Também é possível explorar a região através de 3 taças, nos flights Serra dos Encontros - tinto e misto.

Merum Allegro Syrah Affinato 2024 ; Vinícola Merum

Merum, do latim, vinho puro. A expressão do terroir da Serra dos Encontros é o que move a Vinícola Merum. Pensando nisso, até mesmo os vinhos com passagem por barrica devem exaltar as características da região e safra. Com 50% envelhecido por 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, o Syrah da linha Merum Affinato apresenta notável elegância e potência.
"Allegro" reflete a intensidade e alegria de desbravar uma nova região vitivinícola brasileira e uma nova técnica de plantio, a dupla poda.

MERUM ANDANTE VIOGNIER INITIATO 2024; Vinícola Merum

Favorite grape of the owner’s wife of Merum, Viognier benefits from the characteristics of the double pruning technique and the terroir of the winery in Espírito Santo do Pinhal. With a straw yellow color, clear and bright, this young Viognier exalts, with elegance, subtlety, and freshness, notes ranging from floral to fruity reminiscent of papaya and lychee. It presents a light body, balanced acidity, and good persistence. It pairs perfectly with seafood, young cheeses, and lightly matured cheeses.

Casa Geraldo - Gran Reserva Cabernet Franc, 2019; Vinícola Casa Geraldo

The only Brazilian winery awarded two gold medals in the same year at the Decanter World Wine Awards, Casa Geraldo represents the family's century-old tradition in wine production. Cabernet Franc, following Syrah, shows great potential in double pruning management. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it is an elegant, refined wine with an intense ruby color and great aromatic complexity: ripe red fruits and toasted oak, giving subtle notes of chocolate and spices.
