Third-generation restaurant, with 1 Michelin star and 2 Repsol Suns, specializing in local cuisine and the surrounding pine forests, with special emphasis on mushrooms and truffles.

Currently with a wine list of more than 1300 references. Many unique and unrepeatable, old vintages, over 20 with 100 Parker points, wines from all over the world, more than 250 sparkling wine references with over 60 by the glass (30 or more sherries, and another 30 different ones).

Small production, barely 500 bottles of a special grenache. Subtle and elegant with a great story behind it.

Diaples 2023

A wine that revives winemaking in a remote area of Spain, where people did not believe there were wines, but that lived off it more than a century ago: the high Pyrenees. Extremely limited production of a blend of native grape varieties.

Braised Moonbeam

A semi-orange albillo mayor from Soria. Only about 400 bottles of a "brisado" wine, as our elders used to call it, which gained color because it was left "a little longer" with the skins in the jar. Special and spectacular.
