Entrevins is an honest house where haute cuisine and wine are experienced up close. Mediterranean-rooted cooking guided by the season, technique, and local produce. The experience is completed by a cellar with over 1,100 references, including more than a hundred old wines from the 1950s and 60s. Noteworthy are its more than 200 champagnes from small maisons.
