Ploussard is a small neighbourhood restaurant with a carefully curated wine list, focused on low-intervention wines, an ever-changing menu of modern French inspired plates, comprised of top-quality, seasonal produce, and an elegantly understated interior, with wood paneling and soft ambient lighting. Ploussard keeps it relaxed and low-key while boasting a first-rate menu, wine list and service.

Ploussard offers a diverse selection of low intervention and classic wines. Usually, there are at least 10 wines available by the glass, over 15 wines by Coravin and at least 200 wines on the bottle list.
The Coravin list is a rotating, diverse list, offering wines that are rarely available by the glass. While the focus is on Jura, you can find rare, exciting wines from all over the old world.

2023 Segna de Cor, Domaine le Roc des Anges

Blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan from Roussillion.
Great combination of body & freshness. Amazing wine with a meal or just by itself. Complex aromas of dark berries, spices, and tobacco, smooth and silky with firm tannins.

Ola Bober

Ola fell in love with wine while working for the iconic Terroirs, where she garnered her extensive knowledge of, and respect for, the low-intervention wine world.
She then moved to Soif before going on to manage the wine for Brilliant Corners and Mu, landing at Ploussard in 2023.
Ploussard's wine is also influenced by Chef Patron, Matt Harris, who is also a lover of wine (especially Jura!).
