Named 18th Best Sommelier in the World (ASI 2019), he combines French heritage, education and passion to shape exceptional wine programs across Lucas Collective’s acclaimed venues.

Group Sommelier Yuki is one of the few Australian Master Sommeliers. With experience at Rockpool Bar & Grill and Society, he leads a team of 30 sommeliers, known for his precision, mentorship and dedication to world-class hospitality.
