At Le Salle Dining, we believe dining is not just a meal but a journey. Each menu is thoughtfully crafted, pairing fine European-inspired cuisine with a wine selection that highlights rare pours, magnum formats, and premium Coravin offerings. With a maximum of fourteen seats available, every guest receives a truly personalized and immersive experience.

Our menu changes weekly, as does our wine by-the-glass selection. We have almost 25-30 wines by the glass. Coravin gives us the flexibility to serve different wines from $30 to $90 a glass.

Ederlyn brings her experience from Vue de Monde and Society Restaurant in Melbourne, along with a role at Firedoor in Sydney. She is studying for her WSET2, under the training of two master sommeliers.

Patrick fell in love with wine after working in different countries as a head-chef and also as a Perrier-Jouët champagne ambassador in Shanghai.
