Dido was the legendary founder of Carthage. Today, Dido is laying its foundations in the 6th arrondissement. Alongside Carole and Imad, our consulting chef, Michel Portos, twice awarded Michelin stars and Chef of the Year in 2012, takes great pride in sharing French cuisine with bold and flavorful dishes thanks to charcoal cooking, all within a delicate and refined setting.

Our wine list features about 150 selections. It is developed in collaboration with Stéphane Derenencourt, artisan winemaker and friend. Wine is a meeting, and our choices combine respect and passion for the stories of the people behind this beautiful craft. All the subtleties find their joy with us: it might be a Chablis, a Châteauneuf-du-Pape, or a Mercurey.
