ECANT Bottle Shop & Bar is a cool and cultured wine space with a passion for bringing people together through classic hospitality, approachable education, an inclusive community vibe, and really good wine. Founded by sommeliers Cara Patricia and Simi Grewal, selections focus on a broad range of classic and contemporary wines from around the globe.

We offer around 20 wines by the glass, including Coravin selections to highlight special and high-end bottlings. With a broad focus on classic wines from classic regions, alongside modern and sought-after producers, DECANT offers a little bit of everything for everyone.

Luigi Baudana (Famiglia di G.D. Vajra) 'Dragon' Langhe Bianco, Piemonte, Italy 2024

This wine is so satisfying in nearly any context, from sun to snow, casual snacks or a fancy dinner. It's an unusual white from the Langhe-- a co-fermentation of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Nascetta. It's got some hints of lemon curd, fresh mango, wet stone and a bit of wild onion blossoms. The palate is creamy, textured, but the wine finishes with a bright, clean acidity.
