Our one-hat kitchen is complemented by a 3-glass award-winning wine and sake list, featuring rare varietals from around the world, premium sakes, and carefully curated by-the-glass pours, each designed to perfectly enhance and elevate every dish.

At Oborozuki, guests can enjoy 13 boutique sakes and 61 wines by the glass or carafe, from our exclusive house sake to rare French and premium Australian labels. Every pour is preserved with Coravin, while sakes are served in hand-cut Edo Kiriko crystal, creating effortless elegance and perfect pairings with our Japanese–French menu.

Donggeon Kim, beverage director at Oborozuki, is a sake specialist and wine sommelier. With hospitality experience in South Korea and training in Japan and France, especially Bordeaux, he blends expertise in both wine and sake to craft refined pairings that elevate our Japanese–French cuisine.
