Cecilia Aldaz is one of the leading references in wine in Brazil. Born in Mendoza, Argentina, she graduated in Enology and Sommelier studies and, after international experiences, established her career in the country. Currently, she is a sommelier and partner at the restaurant Oro in Rio de Janeiro, awarded two Michelin stars.
