Oro Bistrot thrives on an extraordinary view of the Vittoriano, Trajan's Column, and the Imperial Forums. Such a unique panorama has driven us to seek the same care in every detail, with a special focus on wine. Our menu mainly tells the story of Italy, with a particular emphasis on Rome and Sicily, the homeland of our Chef, who brings his roots to the rooftop.

Research has always been a central element of our wine list: we enjoy discovering small realities, authentic interpretations of grape varieties and less obvious territories. The selection includes about 22 wines by the glass, with particular attention to Lazio and Sicily. We are part of the Tasca d'Almerita Pianodario project and have been selected for Lucio Pensiero, to be released on September 14.

My passion for wine began through work and, growing ever stronger, led me to enroll in the Oenology course at the University of Tuscia. During my studies, I deepened my knowledge of wine by working at Mamma Mia, alongside Daniele Agosti. Since then, I have never stopped studying, tasting, and exploring the world of wine.
