Head Sommelier Giacomo Scatolini
Born in 1992, obtained the AIS Sommelier title in 2013, the year he began traveling across Italy, France, and Germany's renowned wine regions. In 2015, he started his experience as Head Sommelier with the Acquolina* team. Since 2017, he has been part of the Del Convivio Troiani* family as Head Sommelier, working in synergy with Massimo Troiani.
