TROIS VERRES:Exceptionnel : plus de 60 vins au verre

Experience: Relaxed & Social

Specialist in: Champagne | Chardonnay | Grenache | Italy...

CODA was born from the idea that great wine is made to be drunk, not just admired for its label. Part wine playground, part neighbourhood wine bar, the list brings together benchmark classics alongside visionary growers and future-forward producers from Australia, the Mediterranean and beyond. Through Enomatic & Coravin, guests can explore 40+ wines in 30/75/ or 125ml pours without intimidation.

With 45+ rotating wines on Enomatic, 4 Champagnes by the glass and additional premium bottles available via Coravin, CODA is built around exploration and discovery. The list focuses on wines of altitude, volcanic soils and rugged terroirs, from the Canary Islands and Azores to Corsica, Etna and beyond, with almost the entire list accessible by the glass through 30ml, 75ml or 125ml pours.

GLASS HIGHLIGHTS

Subject to availability*

Domaine Abbatucci 'Faustine' - Corsica, France

Made from Sciaccarellu & Niellucciu, think savoury Grenache meets sun-kissed Pinot Noir, with lighter Mediterranean Nebbiolo energy. Full of pomegranate, wild maquis herbs and spice, it feels unmistakably Corsican. Domaine Abbatucci, a pioneering biodynamic estate linked to Napoleon Bonaparte’s Corsican lineage, is famous for preserving rare native grapes through a holistic approach to farming and winemaking, including Corsican polyphonic music played through the vineyards!

Suertes del Marqués ‘Vidonia’ – Tenerife, Spain

From volcanic vineyards over 500m above sea level in northern Tenerife, ‘Vidonia’ is one of our favourite wines to pour for Burgundy lovers… or honestly, anyone curious.

Salty, smoky, textured and incredibly fresh, it combines old-vine Listán Blanco with the energy of Atlantic island terroir. The kind of wine that instantly makes people stop and ask, “what is this?”

Chateau Musar Jeune Blanc - Bekaa Valley, Lebanon

Château Musar is Lebanon’s most iconic producer, helping place Lebanese wine on the world stage through decades of history and resilience while championing low-intervention winemaking long before it became fashionable. Jeune Blanc is a bright, textured gateway into the Musar world, sitting somewhere between southern French whites and Mediterranean island wines, full of citrus, stone fruit, wild herbs and a gently savoury edge that keeps you coming back for another sip.
