Matias Riccitelli Extreme Vineyards Malbec 2018

Redefines Malbec by moving away from the heavy and predictable profile. Born at over 1,400 m in alluvial and limestone soils of Gualtallary, it ferments in concrete with minimal intervention and whole clusters. The result is a vertical, mineral, and tense red, marked by chalky tannins, electric acidity, and notes of mountain herbs, translating the contemporary precision of the Uco Valley.

Bodega Chacra Mainqué Chardonnay 2022

Partnership between Piero Incisa (Sassicaia family) and the Burgundian master Jean-Marc Roulot. From the Upper Valle del Río Negro, it combines biodynamics, calcareous alluvial soils, and cold Patagonian winds. Vinified with native yeasts and delicately aged in wood and amphorae, it delivers sharp citrus energy, chalky purity, and an austere salinity worthy of a great Meursault.

Otronia 45º Roaring White Cut 2024

From the southernmost vineyard in the world (45º South parallel, Chubut), it combines Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Riesling on lacustrine soils. Slow maturation under cold and extreme winds, aging in foudres and concrete. A white wine exuberant with white flowers and spices, with piercing Arctic acidity and a saline finish, showcasing the extreme vocation of the Patagonian terroir.
