One of my favorite champagnes! Complex, with notes of brioche, roasted nuts and dried fruit, this is a perfect partner to one of our Signature Seafood Towers or even our steaks due to its rich, complex and creamy texture.

Chateau Pontet-Canet, Pauillac 2015

A delicious example of what Bordeaux can be. Elegant, complex and all class. I love this wine because it features a layered profile of fruit - dark cherry, plum, baking spices and exotic floral notes. A perfect partner to all of our Prime aged steaks.

Bodegas Muga, Reserva 2021

A Spanish standount from a benchmark producer. Cherries - dark and Morelo cherries to be exact, with hints of spice and beautifully integrated oak. Complex, layered and delicious - this one is a perfect partner that matches the intensity of all of our steaks, with fine grained tannins and a soft structure, it delivers a long, fruit forward finish that will leave you wanting just one more sip.
