Zia is a contemporary restaurant in the heart of Trastevere, Rome, led by Chef Antonio Ziantoni. Its identity is born from the meeting of solid foundations of Italian cuisine and a personal vision, always attentive to the quality and seasonality of the ingredients. Wine is an integral part of the experience: a journey through regions, producers, and pairings designed to enhance every dish.

Zia's wine list is born from the desire to tell the story of wine through a dynamic selection. About 20 labels by the glass allow you to explore small productions and research-driven realities, alongside great names in the world of wine, some of which are served using the Coravin system. A balance between discovery and prestige, designed to enhance the gastronomic experience.
