WELCOME TO THE WILD SIDE Rock and roll fine dining in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. The Wilderness is a restaurant by Alex Claridge, serving provocative, playful tasting menus in a restored factory, set to the soundtrack of rock, punk and heavy metal. Come as you are. Stay weird.

All wines served at The Wildereness have a point of difference - so whether it is the grape, the region, or the producer, all wines have an interesting story to share. Around 25 wines available by-the-glass, which change regularly to suit the menu or showcase new treats.

Aromatic and fruity with a juicy body, it is a perfect food wine. Made from the Slovak grape Breslava by one of the country’s best producers.

COSTUMBRES TINTO | CARLOS MAZO | 2022

Blend of Grenache, Tempranillo and Tinta Velasco. Plenty of red and black fruit, smooth tannins, and a velvety texture. A real winter treat.
