Giancarlo Perbellini and Federico Zonta, who worked with the maestro for a long time, brought the place to life. Wines from important wineries in the Verona area, such as Valpolicella, Soave and Garganega, and selected labels from Tuscany and Piedmont. A space dedicated to French wines, Burgundy and Champagne first and foremost, and to natural biodynamic wines.
