Oliva Lima (C. de Pelayo 58, Madrid) is a Mexican restaurant with a tasting menu and catering service, rated 5.0 with 161 reviews. We have a tasting menu consisting of 5 cold courses and 5 hot courses, a palate cleanser, and dessert with unlimited drinks, including wines, and we offer the option to add a special pairing by the sommelier. Additionally, we have a wine list with more than 50 wines by the glass, made possible thanks to the Coravin, which we have had since we opened our doors a year ago.

A classic Ribera del Duero red made primarily from Tempranillo. Full-bodied with ripe black fruit, vanilla, toasted oak, and smooth, well-integrated tannins.
