At Nomo, the open kitchen invites the customer to be part of our essence. In a small and cozy environment, we combine contemporary cuisine with a carefully selected range of wines from small producers, chosen to expand repertoires and create memorable pairings.

We deeply believe in the experience provided by Coravin. Our menu features 60 labels, with more than 30 wines by the glass and a selection updated weekly. This allows us to create precise pairings and even compare different wines with the same dish. In addition to expanding access to rare and high-value labels, we encourage discovery and exploration of the world of wine.

Zeus Gonewild / Grenache, Vin de France, 2021

A bold red wine from the Coup de Jus project, created by Geraud and Pauline Fromont (Domaine de Marnes Blanches, Jura) in partnership with producers from different regions of France. With an engaging and almost "biteable" texture, it combines fresh red fruit, delicate leather notes, and a surprising hint of jelly. A wine beyond the ordinary that wins over our customers with every glass.

Juliusspital Keuper / Silvaner, Franconia, Germany

Silvaner is the emblematic grape of Franken, where it finds its most classic expression in Keuper soils, rich in gypsum and minerals. In this label from the historic Juliusspital, it delivers aromas of ripe pear, hay, and fresh herbs, supported by a striking minerality. On the palate, another surprise—the wine is juicy, elegant, and creamy in texture, a gastronomic white that reveals the unique personality of this often underestimated variety.
