Letra House is an underground restaurant and late-night wine bar, hidden beneath Palazzo Salato in Sydney’s CBD. A Spanish-leaning menu of snacks, small plates and sharers is a reflection of the team’s time spent cooking and travelling around Spain. There's a focus on seasonal, sustainable and producer-led ingredients, with the team regularly taking a nose-to-tail approach.

The wine list is ever changing with over 50 bottles - all available by the glass.

I have been part of the Love Tilly Group for 3 years. Prior, I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years across the UK, France and US before to land in Sydney.
As a sommelier, I aim to represent the hard work of winemakers across the list, while providing an experience to customer through food and wine.
I am currently the Beverage Manager of Palazzo Salato & Letra House.
