Cielo Ristorante è il rooftop dell'Hotel de la Ville (Rocco Forte Hotels), sopra Piazza di Spagna, con vista panoramica su Roma. Propone una cucina mediterranea firmata dallo Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, tra ingredienti stagionali e tramonti sui tetti della capitale, in un'atmosfera elegante e conviviale.
