Sabino Iacobone

Sabino is the Hotel Head Sommelier at Côte by Mauro Colagreco, Capella Bangkok. Raised in Corato, Puglia, Italy, in a family of wine and olive oil producers, he developed a lifelong passion for wine. Formerly Assistant Head Sommelier at The Cavalry & Guards Club in London, where he served Queen Elizabeth II twice, he was named Best Italian Sommelier at the Ospitalità Italiana Awards 2023.
