Cielo Bar is the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor of Hotel de la Ville, just below the rooftop level. It's a relaxed, informal bar with 360° views over Rome and the Vatican, perfect for aperitivo and signature cocktails paired with a cicchetti menu, in a laid-back yet elegant atmosphere, open daily from lunch until midnight.

A by-the-glass selection built for aperitivo and easy sipping on the terrace, spanning reds, whites, rosés, Franciacorta, Trento Doc and Champagne, a versatile line-up to accompany the view over Rome from sunset onward.

Antonio Festa, Assistant F&B Manager, has worked with Rocco Forte Hotels for 13 years and oversees the wine list at Hotel de la Ville under the guidance of Chef Fulvio Pierangelini. At Cielo Bar, as across the property's other outlets, he offers guests wine pairings and dedicated tastings, including in the cellar.
